Meet Dr. Tami Lyday, DO, MS

Dr. Tamara Lyday is a board-certified osteopathic physician known for solving complex inflammatory and metabolic conditions others often miss. Her work in mold illness led her to uncover deeper mechanisms of aging, insulin resistance, and cellular dysfunction—forming the foundation of The Lyday Center’s longevity and regenerative programs.
