My Favorite Day - Full Moon Friday
My Favorite Kind of Day
Today is my favorite kind of day.
Normally, I reserve Fridays to be fully present with my warriors—those already deep in their healing journey—helping them fast-track their recovery. But today, I did something different.
I filled my schedule with new warriors just beginning their path to healing…
while also welcoming in travelers who came to experience the special sauce we offer here at The Lyday Center.
And what unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary.
The Warrior Who Refused to Quit
My day began with one of the strongest-willed warriors I have ever met.
At her first visit, she couldn’t even walk up the stairs to my office.
But that didn’t stop her.
She wasn’t missing her consult—not after everything she had already been through. This wasn’t her first attempt at healing… or her fifth.
An RN by training, she had spent years watching her body slowly fade from Lyme and co-infections. She knew conventional medicine had failed her, so she sought answers elsewhere. But something was still missing.
That “something” was mold—hidden in her water-damaged home—silently making everything worse.
Once we began unpacking those layers, something shifted.
With her incredible spirit and commitment to detox, she started improving.
She even began driving again—something that once felt impossible.
But Lyme doesn’t let go easily.
If she had stayed in the conventional system, she likely would have been labeled with MS by now.
But we don’t accept that as a final answer.
Not here.
Today, she went all in—a full “Molotov cocktail” approach:
Targeting Lyme, parasites, babesia, bartonella, and more
Fighting through apheresis that didn’t want to cooperate
Completing full treatment anyway
Layering EBOO, stem cells, NAD infusion, and HBOT
And she did it all with grit and grace.
I cannot wait to see what shifts next for her.
Turning Panic into Peace
Another warrior stopped by after her body reacted strongly to the start of her detox protocol.
Panic. Anxiety. Overwhelm.
But then—HBOT.
And just like that, we watched her system settle…
from chaos to calm, from fear to steadiness.
Sometimes healing isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about giving the body exactly what it needs to feel safe again.
The Woman Who “Shouldn’t Be Alive”
Then came one of the toughest warriors I know.
She was told she shouldn’t be alive.
She needs new lungs—but was denied because of her weight.
Instead, she was told to exercise… without the lung capacity to do so.
And every time she returns with new symptoms?
“The labs look fine.”
But she is not fine.
So we are doing what others won’t:
Reducing inflammation from spike protein
Supporting her body’s ability to regenerate
Using bioregulators, nitric oxide, and immune peptides
Her body is responding.
And beside her is her husband of 41 years—who doesn’t want to live a single day without her.
That kind of love fuels healing in ways no lab ever could measure.
The New Warriors
In between these powerful moments, I met new warriors just beginning their journeys:
✨ A 27-year-old who has seen over 40 specialists—including the best long-haul clinics in the country—yet was told all they could offer was physical therapy… after she had already shut down her fashion business because she couldn’t even tolerate looking at a screen.
✨ A nurse, deeply depleted by neuroinflammation, who had to stop doing what she loves because she simply didn’t have the energy to go on… yet still shows up every day to fight for her daughters—who are also suffering and being told, “it’s all in your head.”
Why I Do This
I am endlessly grateful to walk this path with these warriors.
When I started treating mystery illness, I had no idea how deeply my patients would impact me.
These are people who:
Have considered giving up because the pain is too much
But keep going because someone loves them
Know—deep in their bones—that this is not “just depression” or “just fibromyalgia”
Refuse to accept dismissal as a diagnosis
And even more powerful…
They don’t just want to heal themselves.
They want to fight for the ones still behind them—
the ones who haven’t found answers yet,
the ones still being gaslit,
the ones still being told it’s all in their head.
If This Is You…
Don’t give up.
Your body is not betraying you.
You just haven’t found the right partner for your healing journey yet.
Come Join Us
Be part of something different.
Be part of an army that refuses to accept “no answers.”
We are strong.
We are wild.
We are warriors.
And we are just getting started.
