What I’m Loving TODAY
What I’m Loving Right Now in My Own Healing Journey
There’s something different that happens when you stop treating illness like a checklist…
and start listening to your body as a guide.
Lately, I’ve found myself in a new phase of my own healing journey—one that feels less like chasing symptoms and more like rebuilding from the inside out.
And honestly?
I’m loving it.
Rehabbing My Mitochondria — One Infusion at a Time
Right now, one of the biggest focuses for me has been mitochondrial recovery.
Because here’s the truth that doesn’t get talked about enough:
👉 If your mitochondria aren’t working… nothing works well.
Energy drops.
Recovery slows.
Inflammation lingers.
And for many of us dealing with long-haul symptoms, mold, or spike protein-related dysfunction…
those mitochondria take a hit.
So I’ve been doing NAD and Niagen infusions twice weekly.
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s easy (trust me… it’s not always comfortable 😅).
But because I’ve seen what it can do.
This is about:
Rebuilding cellular energy
Supporting detox pathways
Helping my body process and clear what it’s been carrying
And little by little…
I’m feeling the shift.
My Two Favorite Peptides Right Now
If I had to pick two peptides that I keep coming back to over and over again…
It would be these:
TA-1 (Thymosin Alpha-1)
and
MOTS-c
These are my go-to foundational tools right now.
TA-1 — Bringing the Immune System Back Online
TA-1 is one of those therapies that doesn’t force the body…
It reminds it what to do.
When the immune system has been overwhelmed—by mold, infections, toxins, or spike protein—it doesn’t always respond appropriately anymore.
TA-1 helps:
Rebalance immune signaling
Improve response to infections
Reduce that “stuck” immune state
It’s not aggressive.
It’s intelligent.
And I can feel the difference.
MOTS-c — Energy, Metabolism, and Resilience
MOTS-c is like flipping the switch back on.
It supports:
Mitochondrial function
Energy production
Metabolic flexibility
This is the peptide I reach for when:
👉 Energy feels flat
👉 Recovery feels slow
👉 The body just isn’t bouncing back the way it should
And right now… it’s a staple.
The Hard Part — Parasite Work
Let’s be honest…
This is the part I don’t love.
At all.
I’ve been working through a parasite protocol from Dr. Yu, and while it’s not glamorous, it is deeply necessary.
Because sometimes the thing that is holding your immune system back isn’t what you expect.
It’s not always:
just mold
just Lyme
just inflammation
Sometimes it’s something deeper…
Something that is quietly dysregulating the entire system.
Parasites can:
suppress immune response
increase inflammation
block detox pathways
create a constant state of internal stress
So while this part isn’t fun…
I know it’s getting to the root of what has been keeping my system stuck.
And that’s where real healing happens.
What I’m Learning Right Now
Healing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things at the right time.
Right now, my focus is:
Rebuilding mitochondria
Resetting immune function
Clearing hidden burdens
Supporting my body, not forcing it
And maybe most importantly…
👉 Trusting the process.
For Anyone in the Middle of It
If you’re in a place where:
You’re doing all the things
You’re still not where you want to be
You’re wondering what you’re missing
You’re not alone.
Sometimes the next step isn’t louder…
It’s deeper.
The Best Part
I can feel it.
Not overnight.
Not dramatically.
But steadily.
That quiet return of:
energy
clarity
resilience
And that’s how I know…
I’m on the right path.
