Primed and Ready…
My Morning Routine: How I Prime My Body for Healing, Longevity, and Performance
People always ask me how I maintain my energy, clarity, and resilience while taking care of some of the sickest patients.
The truth?
It’s not one magic treatment.
It’s what I do every single morning before the world gets to me.
🌅 5:30 AM — Wake Up With Intention
I wake up at the same time every day: 5:30 AM.
Not to an aggressive alarm…
But to gentle light that mimics the sunrise.
👉 Why this matters:
Regulates your circadian rhythm
Supports cortisol awakening response
Improves sleep quality long-term
Sets the tone for hormonal balance
🚫 No Devices (First 30–60 Minutes)
This is non-negotiable.
No phone.
No email.
No scrolling.
👉 Why:
Protects your dopamine baseline
Keeps your brain out of reactive mode
Allows your nervous system to wake up naturally
This is where clarity is built.
💊 Morning Supplements (Current Stack)
This evolves, but right now my mornings include:
Vitamin D
Augmented NAC (for spike protein support)
Nitric Oxide (x2)
Boluoke (x2)
Methyl B Complex
Artemisinin
DHEA
👉 What this is doing:
Supporting immune modulation
Breaking down inflammatory proteins
Improving circulation and oxygen delivery
Enhancing detox pathways
Fueling hormonal and mitochondrial function
🫁 HBOT (30–60 Minutes at 2.2 ATA)
Then I head straight into the chamber.
This is one of the most powerful tools in anti-aging and healing.
👉 Why HBOT is incredible:
Floods the body with oxygen at a cellular level
Stimulates stem cell release
Reduces inflammation
Enhances brain function and clarity
Accelerates healing and tissue repair
Improves mitochondrial efficiency
Think of it as:
Recharging every cell in your body at once.
🧊 Cold Plunge (2–5 Minutes)
After HBOT, I go straight into the cold.
Not because it’s easy.
Because it’s powerful.
👉 Benefits:
Reduces systemic inflammation
Improves lymphatic movement
Boosts dopamine (long-lasting, not spiky)
Enhances metabolic function
Especially for Lipedema:
Cold therapy helps:
Decrease inflammatory fat signaling
Improve circulation in affected tissues
Reduce pain and swelling
👉 It’s not just a trend—it’s therapeutic.
🔥 Sauna (15–20 Minutes)
Then we heat things up.
👉 Sauna benefits:
Promotes detoxification through sweat
Increases circulation
Supports cardiovascular health
Triggers heat shock proteins (longevity pathway)
👉 This is where the body:
Releases what it doesn’t need.
🚿 Shower + Get Ready
Simple reset.
Transition from healing mode → performance mode.
💉 Peptides (Cycled)
I rotate these depending on what my body needs, but most mornings include:
TA-1 → immune system balance
SS-31 → mitochondrial repair and energy
Melanotan-1 → anti-inflammatory and skin/immune support
👉 Why peptides:
They are precision signals that tell the body:
Repair here
Calm this
Optimize that
⚔️ Then It’s Time to Show Up
And just like that…
I’m ready.
Not just to function—
But to lead.
To heal.
To fight alongside my warriors.
🧠 The Bigger Picture
This routine isn’t about perfection.
It’s about:
Consistency
Intentionality
Stacking small wins that compound over time
You don’t need to do all of this.
But you do need to:
👉 Start taking control of your biology
❤️ Final Thought
Before I pour into others…
I pour into myself first.
Because you cannot lead healing…
If you are running on empty.
This is how I prepare for a day of healing.
And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
As always, this journey is evolving—not just for our warriors, but for all of us. I recently received some thoughtful feedback from one of our long-time warriors about sharing more of the fun side of what we do at TLC—and I love that. Healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. So you’ll start to see more behind the scenes, more of the moments that make this place so special, along with deeper dives into why we use certain vitamins, therapies, and protocols. If there’s something you’ve been curious about or want to learn more about, I’d love to hear from you—send us an email. This space is just as much yours as it is ours.
